Buddhist Monk Thich Nhat Hanh on Compassion & Interbeing

Thích Nhat Hanh is a Vietnamese Buddhist monk, teacher, author, poet and peace activist. Here, he shares his wisdom on compassion and explains the concept of interbeing. To him, all emotions and experiences deserve the grounds of compassion and need to be treated equally.

He has published more than 100 books, including more than 40 in English. He is active in the peace movement, promoting nonviolent solutions to conflict and he also refrains from animal product consumption as a means of nonviolence towards non-human animals.
